General Terms
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Hawaii, United States and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii, United States without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our WebSite, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in our WebSite conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. However, our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Planet Beauty under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.
Returns
Return Policy
1. If a customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the products, they may return any "UNOPENED" products at "THEIR" expense within 14 days of the receipt date (except seasonal products, promotional, special orders, fashion items, nail products and electrical items) provided the invoice number and date can be furnished and products are in saleable condition, subject up to a 25 percent restocking fee on returned product. Returned products are subject to inspection by Island Beauty Supply LLC staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple requests for the same products are subject to review by Island Beauty Supply LLC. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. 2. We do not accept returns on electric appliances such as curling irons and hair dryers, as each manufacturer already guarantees its electric appliance via registered warranty for either repair or replacement. Be sure to fill out your product registration form you will receive from the manufacturer with your electric appliance product.
3. We do not accept returns on any Make-up products, Hair Color, OPI brand, and Essential items. Makeup colors are variable from different manufacturers. Please be sure to select your makeup colors carefully before making a purchase.
4. We only cover shipping fees for errant merchandise and damaged products.
***NOTE: First contact CustomerCare@islandbeautysupply.com customer service to inform them of any inaccuracies with your order. Then ship the errant merchandise back to Island Beauty Supply LLC. The package must be insured or have a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit. When the package is received, and in good condition you will receive Credit back in your credit card for the original purchase price less shipping charge "WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS IN OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT PURCHASES. This helps keep our prices as low as possible.

FREE Delivery/Shipping For Orders $150! (Excluding Tax)
All Items Qualify that are available to order on our Website.
If you are outside of Hawaii, we are unable to ship hazmat items (30-40 peroxide, bleach, hairspray and certain haircolor etc)
If you're order cannot be delivered we will ship it to you, staff will be in touch.
We will try to ship your orders within 3 working days of receipt.
