Mix Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener with Pro-Oxide Oil Developer in a non-metallic bowl until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
Depending on the application, the system supports mixing ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3. For Blonde IQ applications specifically described in the provided directions:
- Off-Scalp: 1:1.5 with 10V, 20V, or 30V; or 1:2 with 10V or 20V
- On-Scalp: 1:2 or 1:3 with 10V or 20V
- Maximum Processing Time: Up to 50 minutes
