Preparation:

Mix BLONDE IQ™ 9+ Lightener with Pro-Oxide™ Oil Developer 20V (6%) in a non-metallic bowl using a 1:1 to 1:3 ratio, depending on desired consistency. Blend until a smooth, creamy texture is achieved. Always mix in a well-ventilated area and follow recommended ratios carefully.

Application & Rinsing:
