Mix Blonde IQ 7 with Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%), 30V (9%), or 40V (12%) in a non-metallic bowl according to the recommended mixing ratio. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
